These terms cover your use of the Boltly website at getboltly.com and the Boltly Tools browser extension ("Boltly"), provided by ZeroClick AI ("we", "us"). By using Boltly you agree to them.
1. Using Boltly
You may use Boltly for personal and business purposes. Don't misuse it: no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and no use that breaks the law or someone else's rights.
2. Your files
Your files are processed on your own device and are not sent to us. You keep all rights to your files and to what Boltly produces from them. You are responsible for having the right to use the files you process.
3. Pro purchases
Pro is sold as a one-month pass (no automatic renewal) or as Lifetime access. Lifetime covers the Pro features included at the time of purchase, with their future updates, for as long as Boltly operates; brand-new premium tools may be offered separately. Payments are handled by Razorpay. Pro is tied to the Google account you sign in with.
4. Refunds
You can ask for a refund within 7 days of paying: email us with your receipt. A refunded purchase turns Pro off for that account.
5. No warranty
Boltly is provided "as is". We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be error-free or suit every purpose. Keep your own copies of important files.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; important changes will be announced on the site.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
